Professional Biography
When I worked in Finance and I. I realised that I wanted to make more of a difference to peoples day and do something that makes them feel better for having interacted with me.
My goal became to help people!
So I trained as a beauty and massage therapist as these skills helped me in my own journey to health and wellness.
After a move to Spain in 2011, I worked at a Health Detox retreat where I became a qualified Colon Hydrotherapist and this launched my journey with gut health.
The transformation in my own health and the clients I treated was so in alignment with my goal of helping people!
I am now the accredited trainer in Ireland for the UK based RICTAT- colon hydrotherapy governing body.
I have performed over 5000 colonic treatments and have my practice in Maynooth Co. Kildare.
I have facilitated Wellness workshops and have now launched Good4all Giftcard, the wellness gift card that gives the gift of wellbeing.

Here Are 5 Tips To Help You Through These Challenged Times
1. Take time to breathe fully- belly breathing is the most effective way to switch on the parasympathetic nervous system which switches off the stress responses. Do it while brushing your teeth to start the day right!
2. Chew your food, the longer you chew the better, chewing allows the signals to reach your stomach about how full you really are, it is antibacterial, and it helps break down the food so more nutrients can be absorbed, and it is anti-ageing helping those cheekbones look great!
3. Sit down when you eat, this frees up energy for your body to focus on digestion rather than supporting the movement. it also signals to your brain that you have actually eaten a meal.
4. Reduce stimulants like caffeine, sugar, alcohol – this puts additional strain on the digestive and elimination systems, using up energy for little return.
5. Make time to have at least one bowel movement a day, but preferably 2 to 3. If you don’t eliminate the waste it will stay in the gut to cause more issues.
